Returns & Refunds

 

• At Elysian Del'uxx we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at Info@elysiandeluxx.co.uk. 
• We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund of the original payment method minus shipping & handling for all unused items and in the same condition that you received it.
• We cannot process any returns without first being contacted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

What items are non-refundable?

• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
• Products that have been significantly used.
• Returns on partial sets.
• Original shipping paid.

 

How soon will I get my refund? 

• Once your item(s) are received, refunds are typically processed within 7 days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@elysiandeluxx.co.uk 

 

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  
• If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
